YOGA TUITION

Looking for a personalized yoga experience?

 

My personal yoga tuition is 100% tailored to your goals, needs and abilities.  Whether you're a complete beginner or  you have some experience on your mat, these sessions are as unique as you are!

 

I can help improve your range of movement, strength and mental wellbeing.  Sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home or at a rented space of your choice near York or Harrogate - I have a list of approved places we can use to make this easier (additional fees for venue hire may apply).

I am happy to teach 1:1 or in small groups (max 3 people) if you would like to practice with friends or family, and I can provide mats and other equipment if you don't have your own.

Personal yoga tuition must be booked in blocks of 6 sessions at a time (discounts available if more sessions booked) and each session must be no more than one week apart (unless otherwise agreed).  The 3-step sign up process below must be completed before your first session or after a break of more than 6 months.  Click here for full T&Cs.

STEP 1

LET'S HAVE A CHAT

I'd love to find out why you are interested in practicing yoga, and what I can do to help.

 

Let's have an informal chat (over the phone or video chat) to meet each other and get the wheels in motion for your personal sessions.

We'll discuss what you want to achieve, the "whys" and generally find out a little bit about each other.  Please feel free to ask me whatever questions you may have, and I will do my very best to answer them.

STEP 2

ASSESMENT MEETING

At the end of our informal chat, we'll arrange a time and place for your assesment meeting. This is a relaxed, 30-minute appointment where we'll meet up in-person.  The aim of this meeting is to help me get to know more about your current and past health issues/concerns, assess your physical abilities and discuss your goals in more depth. This is a very important step in helping me to build a plan for your future yoga sessions that will be 100% personalised to you, your current needs and abilities.

 

At the end of the 30 minutes, we will set a date and time for your first yoga session and you'll be able to book your yoga sessions via my app or website.

STEP 3

YOUR YOGA SESSIONS

This is where it all begins...

 

By this point you'll have your personal yoga sessions booked in your diary and I'll have drawn up a plan that meets your individual needs and goals.

Your personal yoga sessions will be 50 mins long (including warm up and savasana) and during each of your sessions, I'll be guiding you from beginning to end.  Personal yoga tuition must be booked in blocks of 6 sessions at a time (discounts available if more sessions booked) and each session must be no more than one week apart (unless otherwise agreed).
