LET'S TAKE THIS JOURNEY TOGETHER
Whatever your level of confidence, I'll guide you all the way through. Starting with a mobilizing warm-up to prepare the body for energizing flows, everything is taught step-by-step to ensure you're safely coming to the postures. Throughout our practice, posture variations are always offered so you can take the class at your own pace, and I host a variety of workshops and courses if you can fine-tune your technique. Towards the end of each class, we wind down with a blissful guided Savasana (relaxation time) so that you leave feeling heavenly!

FYI: This is a judge-free yoga zone... I know some Yoga classes can be really intimidating and it can make you feel like pants (trust me, I've been to lots of them) but we're a light-hearted, supportive bunch that slaps on dry-shampoo, has a good laugh and everyone works at their own pace.

Please note, my group classes are not suitable during any stage of pregnancy or injury.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a Yoga mat with you to class, a bottle of water and a blanket/jumper. Covid-19 made us all more aware of how germs are easily spread. Using your own Yoga mat is far more hygienic and helps limit the spread of various bacteria, viruses and skin conditions that can easily be passed.​​
