A monthly retreat for the soul

- Serenity Sounds & Yin Yoga

Step into a sanctuary of tranquillity with my new monthly class, "Serenity Sounds & Yin Yoga". This unique experience combines the deeply restorative practice of Yin yoga, mindfulness techniques, and the enchanting resonance of crystal singing bowls to create a holistic journey for your body, mind, and spirit.

In this class, you will begin with gentle Yin yoga poses that encourage deep stretching and relaxation, allowing you to release tension and cultivate a sense of inner peace. As you settle into each pose, we will incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you connect with your breath and the present moment, fostering a deeper awareness of your body and emotions.

​

As the practice unfolds, you will be enveloped in the magical sounds of crystal singing bowls. These ethereal tones will wash over you, promoting profound relaxation and healing. The vibrations from the bowls resonate with your body’s energy centres, helping to clear blockages and restore balance.​

Join me once a month for this transformative experience, where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with your inner self. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, "Serenity Sound & Yin" welcomes all levels.  Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable layers.  You are also welcome to bring a blanket and eye pillow.
