1.1 All payments are non-refundable.

1.2 Membership is personal and cannot be assigned, transferred, shared or otherwise disposed of without prior written agreement.

1.3 You agree to advise us promptly of any change to the member details provided.

1.4 Monthly memberships (ONLINE and YOGI) can be started and ended on your chosen date(s) via your account on the Perfect Pose Yoga website.  Monthly memberships will continue month-upon-month until cancelled by you.

1.5 Annual/yearly memberships (GURU) will end on your sign-up anniversary.  After this date you will have to purchase another annual/yearly membership package if you would like to continue.  No refund or credit can be given if your annual/yearly membership is cancelled before 12 months.

1.6 In relation to members joining online and to whom the Distance Selling Regulations apply, from the date of being accepted as a member he/she shall have a period of fourteen days within which to cancel their membership if they change their mind. This right of cancellation shall be lost as soon as a member makes a booking or attends a class (either virtually or in-person).

1.7 Monthly membership fees may be increased, subject to 30 days notice, at the discretion of Perfect Pose Yoga.

1.8 Perfect Pose Yoga may also terminate this agreement with immediate effect if there is a breach of rules e.g. class content duplication or theft, the sharing of log-ins, or other criminal, violent or inappropriate activity.

1.9 A member whose membership is terminated shall forfeit all the privileges of membership with immediate effect, there will be no entitlement to refund of any monthly membership charges already paid.


2.1 All payments are non-refundable.

2.2 Tickets to events, wellness days, courses and workshops are non-transferrable, unless you have the written approval from Perfect Pose Yoga.

2.3 Unfortunately no credit or refunds can be given should you be unable to attend due to illness or any other reason.

2.4 The welfare and health of all students is paramount.  Please do not attend any in-person class, event, course or workshop if

- you feel unwell

- you have Covid-19 symptoms

- you have been confirmed to have Covid-19 and/or have been asked to isolate

- you are living with a person who is positive with Covid-19 and/or they have been asked to isolate


3.1 By booking a class, workshop, ticket or session with Perfect Pose Yoga or any of it's instructors you thereby accept and agree to the following Liability Waiver. 

3.2 If at any time during class you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture and rest. It is vital in yoga that you listen to your body and always respect its limits, which will vary from day to day.

3.3 You understand and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the class/studio or the given posture at any time you feel discomfort or dizziness.

3.4 You understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis or treatment. If you have old or current physical issues/injuries, you must have the approval of your doctor to attend the yoga class, and recognise that it is your responsibility to ensure you are in good health before every session.

3.5  You are aware and agree that by booking a class, workshop, ticket or session with Perfect Pose Yoga you accept that neither the instructor, nor Perfect Pose Yoga, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from taking the class, and that Perfect Pose Yoga and it's instructors have a complete release of liability for any injuries or damages you may sustain due to yoga classes, workshops, events, and activities with Perfect Pose Yoga and all such hosts, instructors, organisers, and participants.
