Before I started teaching yoga, I worked for multiple high profile finance companies so I'm all too familiar with the physical and mental strain that having a desk-based job can entail.

What yoga could look like in your workplace

If you have an idea of what would work for you please feel free to contact me to discuss it, however below are some popular set-ups that have worked well in the past to give you some ideas:

Example 1 - Morning Yoga in the office for 8 employees.  £40 per session:  Start your day with mindfulness and energy! Designed to invigorate, join me once a week at 8am for a refreshing 30-minute session that combines quick flow movements and breathwork, perfect for all abilities. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and wear comfortable clothing (style of practice can be adjusted dependant on space available).  At just £40 per session, this class offers a convenient way to enhance your workforce's well-being and foster a positive work environment.

Example 2 - Lunchtime stretch-off for 14 employees. £60 for one session accommodating 14 employees, or £75 for two sessions of 7 employees each session:

A rejuvenating 20-minute seated yoga session designed specifically for busy professionals. This weekly drop-in class allows your employees to unwind and recharge without the need to change out of their office attire, making it the perfect addition to your workday. Whether held in a boardroom or at desks, this short 20-minute session is tailored to fit seamlessly into your lunch break, ensuring you have ample time to enjoy your meal.  Suitable for all abilities, providing a gentle yet effective way to relieve tension and enhance focus. To accommodate staggered workplace lunches, I also offer the option to split the session into two groups of 7 participants each.

Pricing is as follows: £60 for one session accommodating 14 employees, or £75 for two sessions of 7 employees each session. Embrace the opportunity to enhance well-being and foster a more productive work environment!

Please note that locations outside a 10mile radius from Green Hammerton may incur travel fees.
