YOGA

AT THE OFFICE

Is it time to bring a dash of yoga to your workplace or event?

I'm so pleased that you have found me so I can help bring a dose of calm and positive energy to your work place or event. Yoga is an amazing practice for people to take a break away from the strain of busy life and focus on doing something positive; making everyone more productive working together.

Back when I lived in the Isle of Man, I worked for multiple high profile finance companies, so I'm very familiar with the physical and mental strain that having a desk based job holds.

I work with companies, brands and groups that are passionate about their workers or guests physical and mental wellbeing by getting them on the mat for some self-care.

WHAT WOULD

YOUR GROUP

LIKE TO FOCUS ON?

My style of teaching uses a ladder approach, which means both beginners and those that are experienced, can enjoy the same class.

You'll explore both sequences and postures to build strength and flexibility. The movements and repetitions we explore are involved to strengthen your body and stabilize areas such as: the shoulders, hips, core and back.  The combination gives a fluid, strong and energizing practice, whilst taking the time to break down challenging postures.

Towards the end of every class, we wind down with seated postures and around 2 minutes of a guided Savasana (relaxation time). I'm happy tailoring the content to bring out the best in people so if you have any requirements, please do let me know beforehand.  For example, dynamic sessions can motivate people to move more and provides a feel-good boost, whereas for others, a gentler session can bring a calmer mindset to those that need it.
