Join me for this live & interactive online Yoga Workshop (over Zoom) where we will focus on building strength from the ground up learning poses that focus on leg & lower-body strength: * Yogi squat * Goddess pose * Chair / twisted chair / figure 4 chair / folded chair * Tree pose We will learn the nitty-gritty and helpful tips to make sure that we can execute each one correctly, understand what they are trying to achieve, learn adaptations & correct alignment so as to improve our lovely yoga practice. This interactive Zoom session will last approximately 1hr. Please wear your yoga clothes, with perhaps a jumper incase you get chilly since we won't be "flowing" as much as our normal classes. Classes are kept small so that they can remain interactive. eWorkbook provided.
