I teach a colourful mix of upbeat Vinyasa Flow and Fitness Yoga classes, together with chilled stretchy Yin Yoga for the end of your day.  My teaching style is casual and modern, but with a respectful nod to tradition and just the right sprinkling of spiritual.  There are no joining fees or costly monthly memberships, and all of my classes are suitable beginners to intermediate yogis, with modifications and helpful tips along the way to ensure you get the most out of your practice.

 

My workshops & courses are just perfect if you're curious to learn and my magical pop-up events are not to be missed!  So what are you waiting for..?  Situated within the "Golden Triangle" - just 12 minutes drive from York, 18 minutes from Harrogate and 30 minutes from Leeds - Green Hammerton provides the perfect countryside idle to escape to.
