PERFECT YOUR POSE WORKSHOP

This is your customised yoga workshop to check in on your practice.  During this practical workshop we will be reviewing your pose technique for some of our most common, and most troublesome, yoga asanas that we use in our regular practice.  The poses will vary for each workshop and you can vote for which you would like.

This is your chance to iron out issues and questions, and thus progress your practice to the next level.
