Join us for this inspiring pop-up yoga event as we learn directly from nature, the beauty of blooming and renewal. The coming of Spring is a time where the energies of new birth and creativity are at their highest. A sublime, illuminating reminder that light is returning, as it always does. The Spring Equinox is a time to focus on new beginnings, and as we move from the Winter into the lighter half of the year, to focus on the seeds that you wish to sow for the coming year. Spring is in the air & change is coming!
